Community Yard Sale

2022 Saturday, September 17, 2022

Every year, at a Kait’s Angels Community Yard Sale held at the Doorhy home, located at 1125 Ole Jule Lane in Mattituck, members of our North Fork community who are facing challenges are chosen to be the recipients of the proceeds from the event. We are thankful to everyone who donates items for the huge community Yard Sale. Volunteers for the yard sale are always needed and we encourage high school students interested in community service hours to contact us.

Kait’s Angel’s annual yard sale benefits those who need a helping hand on the North Fork.

This year all proceeds are going to two individuals

Tor Torkelsen, of Southold, was diagnosed with ALS.  While on vacation he needed emergency surgery…not for the ALS, but it was discovered that he had an abscess of the upper spine and brain, needing emergency surgery while in Norway.  Our hearts and prayers go out to him.   John Tardif, of Cutchogue, is a young man suffering from cerebral palsy Schitzencephaly seizure disorder who is wheelchair bound for life.

Please come and support these two courageous locals who are battling their diseases so bravely.  Help us help them.
